On the edges of Morecambe Bay, infamously known worldwide for the terrible Chinese Cockling Disaster, is an area largely covered by the Arnside/Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Chris was invited to work in close cooperation with them to produce the next two hour and forty five minute double dvd, “Bittern Country-Our Heritage,” named after the rare bird which now breeds in the area and is featured in the film.
