We will inform individuals of any breach of data if it will have a negative impact on the privacy of that individual. We have systems in place to monitor server activity and all access to servers is restricted to designated users. The data centres are certified to ISO 27001 and 9001.
Can I request my data be deleted
You certainly can, just drop us an email or give us a call and speak to our Data Controller, Chris Richardson-Brand. Please be aware though that if you are one of our customers, then we are required by law to retain invoicing data about you and your business for 7 years and cannot delete this data until that time has passed.
Refunds & Cancellations
Should you purchase any goods from Heritage Video Productions that you are not entirely satisfied with or that are faulty, we will gladly exchange them or offer a full refund. Please make sure you contact us within 14 days if there are any problems with your order. Please could any faulty discs should be returned to us in their original case in order to receive a refund.
Items are send through Royal Mail, within 3-5 days of purchase.
